We welcome individuals
that wish to volunteer on a part-time or regular basis. It's no secret that a
dedicated group of volunteers is an important
cornerstone of many nonprofit agencies.
In fact, according to a
recent study, approximately 6 million volunteers
are active in American nonprofit organizations,
contributing a total of more than 15 billion
volunteer hours.
Volunteer hours equate
to the work of more than 9 million full-time
employees, making the value of volunteer labor close to
$284 billion. With statistics like these, it's also
no secret that organizations should be willing to do
what it takes to retain volunteers. At SBSA, we are
currently looking for volunteers from unskilled helpers
to seasoned board members. We go that extra mile to
ensure that our volunteers will be able to function in a
comfortable environment in which they work. Our goal is
to recruit, retain and reward those who contribute their
time to our program to help us reach our
goals.

SBSA we are currently looking for volunteers from the
unskilled individual to seasoned board members. We go
through great links to ensure that volunteers are
comfortable in their working environment. Recruiting
retaining and rewarding those who contribute their time
to our program is a top priority.
