The Student Body Scholarship Association (SBSA)
We are a 501c3 nonprofit college scholarship-based organization.
As we are currently looking for "HIGHLY MOTIVATED" interns to help us fundraise for our organization. You'll be tasked to raise funding for our 501c3 nonprofit organization The Student Body Scholarship Association while benefiting greatly from each donation you bring in.
70-30 Student Financial Split
College interns will receive the lion's share of each donation that they are responsible for bringing in.
Open to College Students Only...
Because we are a scholarship/tuition-based entity this opportunity is only available to college students. Recruiting retaining and rewarding those who contribute their time to our program is a top priority.
If you are interested in becoming an SBSA intern, simply sign up on the form below. Once we receive your contact information we will then create your individual intern campaign to get you started right away.
We thank you in advance for your time and look forward to using each intern's individual talent to not only help us get funding for our organization, but reward the participating student as well.
Must be at least 18 years of age
No experience is necessary... We will help guide you through the program if need be
Strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a deep commitment to succeed
Strong written and verbal skills, public speaking is a plus
Experience working with students, including relevant volunteer work, is preferred but not required
To work both collaboratively with the Program Coordinator and Volunteer Team, as well as initiate and work
This is an unpaid intern position but interns will receive up to 70% of the funding they bring in.
How it works:
Students enroll for internships through our online form. Once approved, we will create an individual SBSA fundraising page for the intern who will then be able to instantly begin fundraising on our behalf. Intern students will receive 70% of the funding which they bring in and will be paid on a monthly basis.
Since this internship is for a private nonprofit entity, students may, or may not, receive an academic credit for their internship! They would have to discuss that issue with their academic advisor.
*Please note that the 70% payout will apply to donations $5,000 or less. Donations over $5,000 will have the rates adjusted to a rate of 50%.
Intern Earnings Cap
Each intern working with this program will have the opportunity to receive a maximum payout of $324,000. This is based on the 2023 most expensive college in the nation (Tuition $80,100, room $5,600 and board $8,010 plus $250 in student fees.)
Flexible Work Hours
Although we would like to see each intern put in a minimum of 10 hours a week, you also have the ability to work the program when your time permits.
